1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the Republic of Moldova takes 1-2 working days via Nova Poshta, from order confirmation. During busy periods (promotions, holidays or special campaigns) the delivery time may be extended. For international orders, delivery can take up to 10 working days depending on the destination country and courier service.
2. How much does delivery cost?
In Chisinau, delivery is free. Outside Chisinau municipality, delivery costs 70 lei. For international orders, the cost depends on the country and zone. For an exact estimate, contact us on Instagram and our team will provide all the details.
3. How do I choose the right size?
To choose the ideal size, check the size chart available on each product page. If you need extra guidance or personalised assistance, message us on Instagram and our team will help you pick the right size.
4. Can I change or cancel an order?
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do everything we can to act before the product is shipped.
5. Can I buy a gift voucher?

7. Do you offer exchanges or returns?
Yes, we offer exchanges or returns in line with Law no. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection in the Republic of Moldova. Size or colour exchanges are possible, subject to available stock.
8. How long do I have to request a return?
Products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. To start an exchange or return, contact us at info@silkky.md, mentioning your order number. The product must be: unworn and unused; in its original condition with tags intact; returned in the original packaging; with no signs of wear, washing or damage. We do not accept returns for worn or damaged products, products without tags, or items returned after the 14-day window. The shipping cost for an exchange or return is 80 lei and is covered by the customer, except for defective or incorrectly delivered products. After the returned product is checked, the refund is issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
